Equipment Description
This instrument is used to perform impact testing on materials. It measures the forces generated during impact, the material's impact resistance, and the energy absorbed and dissipated throughout the test. It is commonly used in conjunction with a specimen notching machine to evaluate the mechanical properties of notched specimens. Testing can be performed over a wide range of temperatures, including both high- and low-temperature conditions.
