Manufacturer (model)

Nissei (PS60E9ASE)

Equipment Description

A manufacturing machine used for injection molding. A thermoplastic material is softened by heat and then injected into a mold held in place by a clamping unit. This process enables relatively high production rates, depending on the material used. It is generally carried out at high temperatures to maintain the material in a fluid state until molding.

Technical Specifications

  • Mold clamping force: 60 tonnes

  • Amount of material injected: Depending on the selected die and mold

  • Various molds available
