Equipment Description
The FPLC (Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography) system is designed for the rapid and automated purification of biomolecules. The available equipment is dedicated to analytical and preparative purification, as well as method development. It features a detection system at 280 nm. A wide range of purification columns can be used with this system, including affinity, ion-exchange, and size-exclusion chromatography columns. The system is connected to an automatic fraction collector and is controlled using the UNICORN software on a computer.
