Equipment Description
This atmospheric-pressure plasma reactor is designed for the surface treatment of cylindrical insulating materials with an external diameter of 7 mm. It enables the treatment of the inner surface of vascular grafts. A dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) is generated in argon, while an atomizer allows the injection of a liquid precursor (organic, organosilicon, or other molecule) to deposit a thin film with an adjustable thickness depending on the treatment duration.
