Composition of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors (BDR) is CERMA’s main decision-making body. It defines the Centre’s strategic direction and makes the decisions it deems necessary to this end. It approves membership applications and decides how the Centre’s funding is allocated. It establishes the means and measures it considers most conducive to the successful implementation of its members’ research programs and to the achievement of its objectives. It receives, reviews, and follows up on requests, proposals, and suggestions submitted by its members. Major decisions concerning CERMA are made collectively by the BDR and are validated at the Annual General Meeting.
