2025 Symposium | Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Laval University, in the Alphonse-Desjardins building (Hydro-Québec room)

Goals

The CERMA Annual Symposium is an event organized each year by and for the research centre's student community, providing a platform for them to present the latest developments in their research. Each edition features approximately 40 oral and poster presentations delivered to an audience of around 100 people. It offers an opportunity for the various research groups to exchange ideas on scientific topics, forge new connections, and establish new partnerships.

Theme: Interdisciplinarity in materials science

This year, The 2nd Lab will lead professional development activities for student members. Their mission is to empower the next generation of highly skilled professionals to impact our societies beyond academia and build a better world for future generations.

Professors Christopher Leon, Marc A Gauthier, and Annie Pilote gave presentations on, respectively, "The creation of atomic structure", "Bioconjugated therapeutic molecules", and "Interdisciplinarity".
